Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement.  A vinyasa is a set of postures that are performed fluently (connected dynamically) in between the more static Hatha Yoga excercises.  This flow of movements makes us match breath and movement easily.



Classes will start with a short relaxation, followed by warm up and Hatha Yoga poses.  Beginner's classes will only introduce the flowing Vinyasa movement and they are not mandatory for students, whereas in intermediate/advanced classes, Vinyasa will be performed several times per class. 

We usually end with a guided deep relaxation in order to finalize the Yoga session and to learn to relax our body and mind.
